1、 Installation of bathroom cabinet

The commonly used bathroom cabinets in the bathroom include floor standing, wall mounted, etc., which can be used in conjunction with mirrors or mirror cabinets. When installing, the following points should be noted:

1. When connecting hot and cold water pipes, be careful not to install them incorrectly. Generally speaking, it is left hot and right cold;

2. There is a small hole on the edge of the washbasin to help drain water when it is full, so do not block it;

3. Wall mounted bathroom cabinets should be installed on load-bearing walls, otherwise please use floor standing ones;

4. The contact area between the washbasin and the wall should be filled with silicone paste.

5. Do not use acid, alkaline silicone or cement to attach mirrors and coated glass to walls, as it may cause paint and film peeling of glass products; If glass glue is required, neutral glass glue must be used to avoid corrosion, oxidation, and mercury on the lens

2、Toilet Installation

1. When installing a toilet, it is best to use a distance of 400mm between the wall and the pit. If it is greater than 400mm, it will waste space, and if it is less than 400mm, the toilet may not fit properly!

2. The toilet already has a water trap structure, so there should be no water trap in the sewage pipeline during installation, and two 90 degree bends are not allowed,

3. The toilet seat shall not be fixed with expansion bolts, and shall be connected and sealed with glass glue. The bottom of the seat shall not be fixed with cement mortar; During installation, ensure that the toilet is level on both sides to avoid affecting the flushing function.

3、 Installation of shower room

1. The shower room must be firmly connected to the building structure and cannot be shaken left or right to avoid potential use hazards. Seal the gap between the shower room and the base with silicone to prevent water leakage during use.

2. After the installation of the shower room, the appearance should be clean and bright. The sliding door and sliding door should be parallel or perpendicular to each other, symmetrical on both sides, and the sliding door should open and close smoothly without gaps or water leakage.
